Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader, located in Mengio. The Sales Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and providing training and support to the team. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategy development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
