Job Description

You will play a vital role in driving revenue, building partnerships, and expanding the client base across corporate and industrial segments. Your core responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a robust sales and growth strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Identifying, generating, and converting B2B leads for corporate learning, leadership programs, and consulting services. - Building strong relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders across industries globally. - Leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Collaborating with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client needs. - Representing UpnRise at industry events, client meetings, and professional forums. - Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics; continuously refining strategies for higher conversion and growth. - Building and mentoring a small, high-performing sales team as the business scales. To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should have: - Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in L&D, education, consulting, or corporate training. - Strong understanding of corporate learning, capability building, and talent development solutions. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset - someone who loves to create opportunities, not wait for them. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile, and fast-evolving organization. - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
