The Sales Lead drives joint sales motions with Microsoft, manages the co-sell pipeline, and ensures sales teams are equipped to leverage the Microsoft partnership to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage co-sell motions and opportunity registration with Microsoft

- Conduct regular pipeline meetings with Microsoft field sellers

- Develop sales forecasts for partner-influenced revenue

- Plan and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) events

- Enable internal sales teams on Microsoft value propositions

- Coordinate with Microsoft for joint customer engagements

- Track co-sell metrics and report on partnership ROI

Qualifications:

- 3 years in sales enablement

- Strong pipeline and forecast management skills

- Excellent presentation and training abilities

Location

Primary: Bangalore, India

Secondary: United States, Europe

Note: The Ability to collaborate across time zones and travel frequently
