Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, training and development, and exit processes. This role requires a people-first leader who is also operationally strong, policy-savvy, and aligned with business goals. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfil hiring needs Implement employer branding and campus hiring strategies Maintain ATS and recruitment metrics 2. Onboarding & Orientation Design and manage smooth onboarding programs Facilitate documentation, system access, policy briefings, and buddy programs Ensure compliance with background checks and HR records 3. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Ensure legal compliance with labour laws, PF/ESI/Gratuity etc. Maintain employee records and HR documentation Partner with finance for payroll coordination 4. Performance Management Implement and manage performance appraisal. Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans Track and analyse performance trends 5. Employee Engagement & Culture Drive engagement initiatives, surveys, rewards & recognition programs Act as the go-to person for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution Foster a positive work environment and company culture 6. Compensation & Benefits Support compensation benchmarking and reviews Administer benefits, leaves, reimbursements, and statutory deductions 7. Exit & Offboarding Manage resignations, exit interviews, full-and-final settlements Analyse attrition data and recommend retention strategies Ensure smooth transition and knowledge handovers Key Requirements: Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 35 years of HR experience with end-to-end lifecycle ownership Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly Proactive, self-starter, and highly organized Outgoing and Ultramodern Extremely polite and being humble to employees
