Sales Lead

As a Sales Leader for Silicon Design Services, your role will involve driving global sales and expanding the client base for the business. You will need to have a proven track record in revenue generation and opening new accounts across Tier-1, Tier-2, and start-up semiconductor companies worldwide. Your ability to grow the business year-over-year will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business in silicon design services globally. - Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities with Tier-1, Tier-2, and startup semiconductor companies. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and account expansion. - Present technical capabilities and value proposition effectively to engineering and executive-level audiences. - Collaborate with internal engineering teams to align customer needs with technical offerings. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence. - Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events as required to develop and maintain relationships. - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Qualifications: - Minimum 3+ years of successful sales experience in semiconductor/silicon design services. - Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and show evidence of consistent sales growth. - Strong understanding of design services lifecycle including DV, PDE, AMS design, and SoC development processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel to meet clients across geographies as needed. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. MBA is a plus.,
