Job Description

As a Senior Lead Enterprise Sales at our company, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth ranging from INR 2-3 Cr, focusing on Fintech products or lending technology. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage lead generation activities, and build strong customer relationships. Conducting market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities will inform our strategic approach. - Take ownership of sales forecasting, budgeting, and risk management to achieve financial goals. - Lead proposal and contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and conduct product demonstrations to close deals effectively. - Manage CRM systems, track sales performance, and generate reports to ensure targets are consistently met. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead-generation efforts. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, handle objections, and manage follow-ups for deal closures. - Drive lead generation efforts, qualify prospects, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Continuously improve sales processes for enhanced performance in the Fintech or lending technology sector. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). - 4-6 years of proven experience in sales management. - Strong expertise in the Fintech industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and experience in sales forecasting and budgeting. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong leadership skills, and track record of managing and mentoring a team. - Desired skills include strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, customer-centric approach, adaptability to changing market conditions, expertise in lead qualification, sales pipeline management, and deal closure.,
