Sales Lead

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Sales Lead at Quazar, an AI-enhanced ERP focusing on the manufacturing industry. Your main responsibility will involve driving growth and establishing strong relationships with CXOs, factory heads, and industrial decision-makers. Your tasks will include leading end-to-end B2B sales activities, from prospecting to closing high-value deals. Additionally, you will engage with factory owners and mid-sized manufacturers, customize demos to highlight Quazar's ROI-driven value proposition, and represent Quazar at industry expos, events, and client meetings. Collaborating with the product and marketing teams to refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive growth and establish relationships with CXOs, factory heads, and industrial decision-makers. - Lead end-to-end B2B sales activities, including prospecting and closing high-value deals. - Engage with factory owners and mid-sized manufacturers, customize demos, and represent Quazar at industry events. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/ERP/Industrial Tech Sales. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence. - Passion for cultivating long-term client relationships. - Previous exposure to the manufacturing or industrial sector would be advantageous.
