Job Description

  • PositWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Intern to join our team
  • The ideal candidate will drive sales through proactive outreach and effective client relationship management
  • This role demands strong communication skills, persistence, and a solid grasp of the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing
Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and messaging
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with strategic outreach and follow-ups
  • Deliver customized and compelling sales pitches to potential customers
  • Consistently follow up with leads to boost engagement and conversion
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Ensure smooth post-sale customer support and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, and deals
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare daily reports on sales activity, client feedback, and status updates
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Btech/Diploma or a related field (preferred)
  • 02 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in tech or services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet goals
  • Strong customer orientation and follow-through mindset
