• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for fabrics trading (domestic & export markets).
• Identify new market opportunities in textiles, fabrics distribution, and institutional sales.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets while ensuring sustainable growth.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, garment manufacturers, and export clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with buyers and suppliers.
• Monitor textile market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Provide sales forecasts, MIS, and market analysis reports to senior management.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics and textile trading industry (domestic & international).
• Strong track record of revenue generation and client acquisition in B2B and B2C channels.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership with experience in managing sales teams.
• Business acumen with ability to drive strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and fabrics supply chain processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
