Location: New Delhi Type: Full-time Brand: Cucino India Role Overview The Sales Head will be responsible for driving Cucino’s revenue growth by developing, executing, and optimizing sales strategies across all channels — General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-commerce, and Institutional Sales. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of building a high-performing sales team, forging strong trade partnerships, and opening new market opportunities. What You’ll Do Develop & execute Go-to-Market strategy for our products. Build, manage, and grow our distributor relationship and retail network. Use existing market connections to get sales. Lead sales team, set targets, and ensure monthly sales growth. Drive brand visibility & product placement across key markets. Work closely with founders to shape pricing, offers, and expansion plans Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and distribution targets. Drive expansion in modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, and D2C channels. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG (food category preferred). Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth and launching new brands in the market. Pre-existing strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach.
