Job Description

Full ownership of sales and CRM strategy across a diverse real estate portfolio
Strategic leadership position reporting directly to the MD

Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects
Drive revenue targets through pipeline optimization and team leadership
Oversee CRM operations from lead nurturing to post-possession engagement
Implement and manage CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/ERP) for data-driven decision-making
Build and nurture broker/channel partner networks with performance tracking
Align customer experience with brand values across all touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and project teams for seamless execution
Present sales forecasts and performance dashboards to top management

The Successful Applicant

12-20 years of experience in real estate sales and CRM leadership (residential + commercial)
Proven track record of leading large teams and multi-channel sales networks
Strong grasp of CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, and data analytics
Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term brand trust
