It is created as a solution to the problems faced by the businesses that result in inconsistent Sales, over dependence on staff which is often due to the mismanagement of the information vital for decision making, lack of tools to monitor staff productivity and lack of skills in creating a consistent online presence.

The existing solutions for these problems are costly and are unable to provide the kind of hand holding that new technology adopters require. Hence, many businesses are vulnerable and succumb to market changes quickly.

Kit19 is a marketing & promotion automation tool for businesses of any size that considerably reduces the manual work from marketing & promotion activities through automated work-flows & WhatsApp/SMS/Mail /Voice campaigns. From lead automation to follow ups till closure and beyond, Kit19 automates most of the repetitive activities so the businesses could close more leads and keep their customers engaged without having to follow-up cumbersome processes of segmenting, targeting and sending campaigns. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Manager at Pel Softlabs. The role involves providing technical support to the sales team, assisting in product demonstrations, analyzing customer requirements, and preparing technical proposals. The manager will also collaborate with the development team to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales Support, Product Demonstration, and Customer Analysis skills
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of automation technologies and software solutions
• Previous experience in a technical sales role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Compensation

According to the company budget and candidate interview results. (upto 60K)
