Job Description

We are looking for a Retention Manager with an entrepreneurial streak. For our upcoming high growth venture, we are in the process of building a pilot team to achieve this objective by scaling our proven processes to Pan India and internationally.

The right incumbent would be the one to hit the ground running from day 1, a visionary who can see the big picture, willing to meet the current challenges within timelines in limited resources.


A performance driven individual, who can head our Retention department which is projected to have a large size


Kit19 is a bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform that endeavours to provide a single combined solution to automate Sales, Marketing and Customer Services for businesses while tracking the productivity of their staff too. Besides automating the day to day business operations, the platform doubles as a unified communication platform and boasts of many integrations/ tools that businesses often need in their processes. Due to our unique offerings and hand holding that most big players in our domain lack, we have been able to migrate quite a few customers from the likes of Zoho CRM, hubspot and Salesforce. Without any external fundings and with limited resources, we've been able to generate a steady revenue through subscriptions and on demand services.


We are targeting a 2% market share and an ARPU of 1 Lakhs Rs in the total addressable market of 30 million SMBs in India alone. Simultaneously, we would like to start our global operations from the APAC zone. Currently, our marketing teams consist of inside sales, retail sales, direct field sales and partner sales. Our internal processes are tried and tested and ready for scale.

Qualifications

  • BCA/ B.Tech in CS will be considered. Must be a Individual performer.

Compensation

  • Fixed upto 50K + Variable upto 50K + Incentives
