Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to generate quality leads and enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and HNIs.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for top management.
• Participate in pricing strategy discussions and recommend adjustments based on market dynamics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
