Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Head

Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Drive revenue growth through B2B, retail, and e-commerce channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Lead and mentor the national sales team and office staff.
Supervise and ensure alignment of all office operations with business goals.
Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Corporate Management

Represent the corporate office in high-level meetings and strategic planning.
Prepare and present monthly business reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Cross-departmental supervision

Requirements:

Age:
50-60 years, Male candidates only (due to the seniority and nature of the role)
Experience:
Minimum 20+35 years in Sales, preferably in
Mobile Accessories or Consumer Electronics
In-depth knowledge of
Logistics
and
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Strong understanding of retail distribution and B2B business models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office and Busy software.
Conflict resolution and diplomacy
