Maxgrid Securicor India Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing security solutions provider, led by Special Operations and Intelligence veterans. We deliver corporate security, defense training, risk management, cyber security awareness, and tactical/technical modules to clients across India and abroad.

Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Sales Head to lead revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and expand business opportunities in corporate security, defence contracting, and risk management services. The role requires strong client networks, proven sales leadership, and expertise in B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Identify new opportunities in **corporate, government, MSMEs, SEZs, and defence sectors.
• Manage B2B sales, client acquisition, and high-value contract negotiations.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer retention.
• Collaborate with operations for seamless project delivery.
• Track competitor activity and market trends in the security services industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership/head role.
• Proven track record in corporate security, B2B sales, or defense/security contracts.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
