Role Summary We are hiring an experienced Sales Head to lead revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and expand business opportunities in corporate security, defence contracting, and risk management services . The role requires strong client networks, proven sales leadership, and expertise in B2B business development. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue growth. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Identify new opportunities in **corporate, government, MSMEs, SEZs, and defence sectors. Manage B2B sales, client acquisition, and high-value contract negotiations. Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer retention. Collaborate with operations for seamless project delivery. Track competitor activity and market trends in the security services industry . Requirements Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership/head role. Proven track record in corporate security, B2B sales, or defense/security contracts . Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
