Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, results-driven, and experienced Female Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and proven success in building and managing high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business goals
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
• Build strong client relationships and represent the company in key meetings
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign alignment and brand positioning
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service
• Drive revenue growth through channel development and strategic partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Comfortable with targets, reporting, and client interaction
• Industry experience in Educational Field is a plus

• Willingness to travel when required
• Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
