Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead sales & business development strategy for Business Apps.
  • Onboard high-value business partners (brands, retail stores, franchises).
  • Drive user acquisition campaigns (seminars, offline events, digital partnerships).
  • Build and manage a sales & telecalling team.
  • Present product demos to CXOs, managers, and business owners.
  • Negotiate cashback deals & partnership contracts.
  • Track KPIs, revenue, and sales team performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience (at least 5 years in leadership).
  • Strong network in retail/brands/FMCG/tech sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in onboarding B2B businesses and scaling the user base.
  • Ability to run seminars, product demos, and client meetings.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Event Management - Planning and executing seminars, Promotional events and Business Meets.
