Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned to the company’s overall business objectives Ensure to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Target. Conduct market research: analyse demand, competitor projects, pricing trends, buyer-profiles, channel partner performance. Set pricing & discount strategy, inventory management, launch timings, and promotional offers in coordination with marketing & project teams. Team Leadership & Sales Operations Build, lead and motivate the sales organisation: hiring, mentoring, setting clear roles & responsibilities, imparting Product and Sales training to the Team. Define and monitor sales KPIs (lead generation, site visits, conversion rates, value of bookings, collections). Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation, channel partner activation, walk-ins, negotiations, documentation, booking to handover and post-sales service. Monitor sales forecasting, budget adherence, corrective actions if targets are lagging. Channel & Partner Management Develop/maintain relationships with brokers, agents, referral partners, Channel Partners, institutional buyers. Ensure partner training and alignment. Oversee partnerships and alliances (for example, tie-ups for financing, co-branding, overseas investors) to amplify reach. Ensure channel partner compliance, process discipline, reporting and brand/ messaging consistency. Collaboration with Marketing, Operations & Finance Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective demand-generation campaigns, digital/offline, lead nurturing, branding. Coordinate with project/engineering teams for launch timelines, site readiness, unit hand-over, inventory updates. Collaborate with finance/collections for payment plans, bookings, ensuring timely collections and reduction of overdue receivables. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, dashboards to senior management and drive transparency. Profitability & P&L Responsibility Ensure revenue & margin targets are met (i.e., not just units sold but margin, cost control). Monitor cost of sales, promotions, channel incentives, campaign ROI. Customer Experience & After-Sales Ensure smooth booking, documentation, hand-over process, and coordinate with customer-care / post-sales teams for gratified clients. Address customer grievances, ensure brand reputation, and create repeat/referral business. Leadership, Culture & Growth Build a high-performance culture: motivate team, set example, champion ethics, continuous improvement and professional development. Represent the organisation in industry forums, network with investors, brokers, media etc. Reports Provide detailed reports on project-wise sales performance, inventory status, and revenue forecasts. Ensure reports are shared on regular basis & as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
