Atherminds Ads is an innovative Smart Digital OOH (Out-Of-Home) advertising network building the future of outdoor promotions in Kerala.
We’re setting up digital display networks across Kozhikode, Thrissur, and Kochi to connect brands and businesses with modern, high-impact visibility.

As we prepare for launch, we’re hiring a Sales Head to lead our regional sales operations, drive revenue, and build a high-performing on-ground team.

Role Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing field teams, and establishing relationships with key clients, brands, and agencies.
You’ll be leading the commercial side of Atherminds’ growth in Kerala and directly collaborating with the digital operations and technical teams at Diode Info Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Smart OOH advertising screens.
• Lead, train, and motivate field sales executives across multiple cities.
• Identify and onboard advertisers, agencies, and corporate partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Set revenue targets and monitor monthly performance.
• Coordinate with digital marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
• Provide regular market feedback to help refine product offerings and pricing.
• Represent Atherminds Ads at networking and business events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or B2B sales management.
• Strong understanding of Kerala’s advertising and business ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
• Leadership ability to build and manage a small but dynamic team.
• Passion for technology-driven advertising and outdoor media innovation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month (based on experience)
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month
• Fuel & travel allowance
