Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Marketing
Develop and execute marketing plans for FRP lay-up products in automotive, transport,and public utility sectors Drive customer acquisition across OEMs, state transport bodies, coach builders, andmetro rail vendors Collaborate with design & production teams to develop market-ready product solutions Branding & Promotion Create marketing material, case studies, product sheets, and presentations specific toautomotive FRP applications Represent Dudhi at expos, Auto Shows, B2B trade fairs, and industry networking eventsProduct Development Support Identify industry needs and collaborate with R&D on developing or modifying FRPpanels and structural parts Conduct competitor benchmarking and support price positioning strategyClient & Channel Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and transportauthorities Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and vendorregistration effort
Tender Participation & Government Liaisons
Track and respond to relevant tenders for FRP bus panels, cladding, modular covers, etc. Coordinate documentation and compliance for technical submissionsReporting & Team Leadership Guide junior executives and coordinate with internal stakeholders for order fulfillment Maintain CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and present business updates tomanagement
