We’re on a mission to connect local brands and businesses with audiences through smart, engaging outdoor displays — starting our pilot in Kozhikode, Thrissur, and Kochi.

Role Overview

We’re looking for 2 enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our team in Kozhikode.
You’ll play a key role in identifying local advertisers, building relationships, and driving revenue for our upcoming smart OOH platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses, shops, and agencies to promote digital ad screens.
• Explain advertising options, pricing, and collect campaign requirements.
• Maintain and update a client database using a simple form/app.
• Gather feedback and market insights for the product team.
• Coordinate with Diode’s digital operations team for onboarding clients.
• Achieve monthly lead and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum +2 / Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication in Malayalam & English
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to work on the field.
• Must own a smartphone; 2-wheeler preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / month
• Performance Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 / month based on sales
• Travel allowance (as per company policy)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
