Job Description

As the Sales Head at Aviv Digital Academy for digital marketing and UI/UX courses, your role is crucial in leading the sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities include: - **Sales Strategy & Growth:** Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue through both B2C (student enrollments) and B2B (corporate/institutional partnerships) channels. - **Team Leadership:** Managing and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and deliver results effectively. - **Strategic Partnerships:** Identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships within the education and digital marketing industry to enhance business opportunities. In order to excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the EdTech/digital services sector. - Experience in managing sales teams and driving their performance towards success. - Strong network within the education and digital marketing industry to leverage for business growth. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools to make informed decisions. - Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain successful partnerships.
