Role #1: Sales Head (2 positions)

Perfect for someone who:
  1. Is a sales rockstar, with proven track record across 5-9 years
  2. Can handle large teams & has strong work ethics & comms
  3. Is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can handle unexpected changes or challenges
  4. Being multilingual is a pro

What you ll do

  • Own the P&L for the city
  • Manage a large team and be responsible for their productivity and output
  • Run a high-performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs
  • Give central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality

Role #2: Relationship Manager (3 Openings)

  1. Has a BS/MS degree in Biz/Marketing/Hospitality, or related field
  2. Has 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the wedding industry
  3. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Preferably has proficiency in CRM software & MS Office Suite
  5. Flexible with work timings & holidays if required
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and partnerships with industry professionals.
  • Conduct sales presentations with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Be excellent at relationship management - win trust and referrals
  • Share industry knowledge and help with training & development of new team members

Role #3: Pre-Sales Associate

  1. Has a BS/MS degree in Biz/Marketing, or related field
  2. Is proficient in English, Kannada, Hindi & or Telugu
  3. Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably in the tech/software industry
  4. Is proficient with CRM software/sales tools
  5. Is familiar with recommendation systems, gen AI models, NLP techniques
  • Engage with clients, listen to their needs, help them with detailed information
  • Conduct needs requirement for every prospect, understand pain points & biz requirements
  • Build and present compelling solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Help with competitive analysis, sales support, CRM management, & market insights
