Job Description

10+ years in formulation sales, specifically antibiotics; 5+ years in LATAM and African markets

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
: Lead and manage the global sales strategy for formulation antibiotics, with a strong focus on Latin American and African markets.
Business Development
: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in new and existing markets; establish partnerships with local distributors, agents, and healthcare providers.
P&L Responsibility
: Own and drive the sales P&L, ensuring profitability and market share growth across target regions.
Team Management
: Build and lead high-performing regional sales teams; coach and develop talent across geographies.
Regulatory Navigation
: Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure product registrations and compliance in LATAM and Africa.
Market Intelligence
: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Product Portfolio Management
: Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing to ensure timely product availability and alignment with market needs.
Customer Engagement
: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and institutional buyers (e.g., ministries of health, NGOs, hospitals).

Proven experience in formulation sales with a focus on antibiotics
Strong track record in LATAM and African pharmaceutical markets
Knowledge of regulatory environments, distribution networks, and public procurement systems in both regions
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
