Our focus is to scale the deployment of drones under government schemes and private sector demand, especially in precision farming, spraying, seeding, and aerial data solutions.
With the government’s push toward agri-drone adoption and schemes like SMAM, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Head with deep expertise in channel sales across FMCG, Pharma, and Agro sectors, who can lead and build a pan-India distribution strategy.
Position Overview:
The Sales Head will be responsible for defining and leading the regional sales plan for Andhra/Telangana, building and scaling a robust channel partner network, and driving sales of drone-based agricultural solutions under both government subsidy programs and commercial models.
The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, deep understanding of rural sales channels, proven leadership in team building, and experience working closely with government, agri-institutions, and farmer communities.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Direct Sales & Customer Engagement
· Lead direct sales efforts targeting progressive farmers, large landholding owners, agribusinesses, and FPOs.
· Design and execute B2C and B2B sales strategies, leveraging field teams, agri-influencers, and digital platforms.
· Build and manage a lead funnel through direct farmer outreach, demo events, and inbound marketing channels.
· Ensure high conversion rates through personalized engagement, needs-based solutioning, and robust post-sale support.
