Job Title: Sales Head – Residential High-Rise Project

Location: Mohali
Project Type: Residential High-Rise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead the sales operations of our upcoming flagship residential high-rise project in Mohali . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the high-rise residential project.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns and generate qualified leads.
  • Create detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), channel partners, real estate consultants, and corporates to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project presentations to potential buyers and partners.
  • Oversee CRM systems and ensure seamless lead management and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and RERA guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company’s values, reputation, and customer experience standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role handling residential high-rise projects.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and HNIs in the Chandigarh-Tricity region.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior in Northern India.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques.
