Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head with over 5 years of expertise in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, focusing on expanding market share, acquiring new customers, and enhancing customer retention in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, inbound and outbound calling, meeting setup, sales presentation, presenting the offer, negotiations, closing the sale, post-sales till project handover
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies for IT products and services, targeting both new and existing clients.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team, ensuring targets are met and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels, identifying new market opportunities and upselling existing clients.
  • Presentation & Communication: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, partners, and senior management, articulating value propositions and business cases clearly.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market shifts to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals while maintaining profitable margins.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with broader business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Presentation Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and convey complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • IT Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
