Job Title: Sales Head – Real Estate

Location: Ludhiana

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to steer our sales team and drive overall revenue growth. This pivotal leadership role demands strategic vision, operational discipline, and a passion for excellence in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies and forecasting models to meet and surpass revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management to build a resilient and agile sales force.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and partners to drive business expansion
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations for aligned campaigns, launches, and customer journeys
  • Sales Operations & Process Optimization
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates
  • Introduce performance metrics and CRM processes to monitor and boost sales productivity
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track KPIs such as sales volume, conversion ratios, and revenues; deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership
  • Ethics & Compliance
  • Ensure all activities adhere to legal standards and uphold company values

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, including leadership roles
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and client needs.
