Key Responsibilities: Lead branch operations and manage a team of service engineers. Achieve sales targets for spares, labour, and AMC renewals. Ensure 100% execution of service schedules (CSP, warranty, AMC, breakdowns). Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS > 80%) and resolve complaints. Drive recovery and ensure no outstanding beyond 30 days. Train, motivate, and retain branch staff with strong performance monitoring. Maintain proper communication, reporting, and documentation. Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field. 3–7 years of experience in branch/operations management (preferably in Engineering Services/Automotive/Power industry).
