We AMG Group based out of Mumbai, engaged in multi business domain, having JV with Knitlogix, USA, are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead regional sales initiatives for our integrated supply chain automation and cybersecurity product lines: AutoCrib, YubiKey, and MI Token. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth in India by strategically positioning these solutions to enterprise clients across manufacturing, logistics, defense, and financial sectors. 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve a $1M USD annual target.Generate and qualify leads across target sectors (e.g., manufacturing, aerospace, IT, government).Conduct technical demos, POCs (proof-of-concept), and solution walkthroughs.Partner with engineering and product teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals.Manage full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and post-sales support.Build channel partnerships and enterprise relationships to expand market reach.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in supply chain automation and cybersecurity. 📌 Key Products You Will RepresentAutoCrib: Vending and inventory management solutions for industrial supply chain automation.YubiKey: Hardware authentication device used for password less login and multi-factor authentication (MFA).MI Token: Identity and transaction verification tool for secure access and user verification. 📚 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.5+ years in B2B technical sales, with experience in enterprise tech, supply chain, or cybersecurity.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, OT/IoT systems, and authentication protocols.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.Ability to travel across India for client meetings and events. ✅ Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), cloud and industrial vending applications.Experience with public sector or regulated industries (defense, BFSI).Understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). 🎯 Success Metrics$1M USD in annual revenue from product portfolio.Conversion of key enterprise accounts in target verticals.Strong customer retention and post-sale satisfaction scores. 🎯 OfferAttractive remuneration, with fixed and variable componentsOpportunity to work with our US partnersESOP options for deserving and performance-oriented candidates
