Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management

  : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.

• Team Leadership

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  : Oversee the CRM system to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

• Project Handover

  : Manage the project handover process to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.

• Market Analysis

  : Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

• Reporting

  : Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

• Business Development

  : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive growth in the real estate sector.

• Strategic Planning

  : Contribute to long-term strategic planning and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience

  : Minimum 10+ years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in the current organization.

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• Skills

  : Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
