Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Fresher role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Fresher will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, promoting our services, and closing deals. Daily tasks involve cold calling, email marketing, networking, and client presentations. Experience: Fresher, Must have good communication skills, Gain a deep understanding of the company's custom software solutions, including features, benefits, and use cases Participate in product training sessions and workshops to develop comprehensive product knowledge Conduct research on target industries, market trends, and competitor offerings to understand the competitive landscape Analyze market data and customer insights to identify potential opportunities and challenges Learn strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling Shadow experienced sales representatives to observe the sales process from prospecting to closing Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings Learn effective communication skills for interacting with clients and prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings Assist in responding to client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads Gain hands-on experience with the company's CRM system by inputting and updating lead information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports Participate in ongoing training and development programs focused on sales skills, industry knowledge, and professional growth Take initiative to self-educate and stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and software developments Having an IT background would be extra advantage Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of the IT industry and mobile app development Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous sales experience is a plus Show more Show less
