Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the
construction, real estate, and architectural sectors
.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners
.
Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate window solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet client requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
2+ years in sales, preferably in the
window fabrication, fenestration, or building materials
industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of different window materials, glazing options, and installation methods.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
