Project Planning & Execution Manage end-to-end facade works including unitised / semi-unitised curtain walls, stick systems, glazing, aluminium composite panels (ACP), stone cladding, louvers, and skylights Prepare project schedules, method statements, shop drawings, and installation plans Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and structural engineers for approvals Design & Technical Coordination Review facade drawings, calculations, mock-ups, and samples Resolve site design issues, clashes, and constructability challenges Monitor fabrication progress and ensure on-time delivery to site Quality Control & Safety Ensure installation meets approved drawings, tolerances, and quality standards Conduct inspections, snag closures, and final handover Enforce EHS norms, safety practices, and statutory compliance at site Cost & Contract Management Track project costs, variations, and BOQs Certify running bills, variations, and final accounts Manage subcontractor performance and contractual obligations Site Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with civil, MEP, interiors, and PMC teams Conduct site meetings and progress reviews Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients

Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and architectural sectors . Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners . Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate window solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitability. Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet client requirements. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in the window fabrication, fenestration, or building materials industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills . Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of different window materials, glazing options, and installation methods. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
