Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and preparing sales presentations and proposals. The role also includes negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing timely feedback to the product and marketing teams. Regular market research and competitor analysis will be conducted to ensure effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Experience in market research and competitor analysis
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
Proactive approach, self-motivation, and result-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge or experience in the engineering or industrial manufacturing sector is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
