With your expertise in manufacturing finances, particularly in machine building, capital equipment, or custom-built machinery, combined with your proficiency in SAP Business One, you will lead financial operations with precision and insight. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee core accounting functions such as AP/AR, general ledger, fixed assets, and tax compliance. - Drive month-end and year-end closings and prepare financial statements. - Manage project/job costing, WIP tracking, and cost-to-completion reporting. - Ensure accurate inventory valuation for components and finished machinery. - Utilize SAP B1 for optimized reporting and operational integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track costs effectively. - Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial insights for management. - Maintain compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness. - Mentor junior accounting staff to align with organizational objectives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 10-12 years of relevant experience in a capital equipment or manufacturing environment. - Mandatory expertise in SAP Business One. - Profound knowledge of job-order costing, WIP, and milestone billing. - Strong understanding of Indian GAAP or IFRS. - High proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools. - Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills.
