Sales Executive – Job Role at VFM HondaCustomer Greeting & Engagement Welcome walk-in customers with a positive attitude and build initial rapport. Product Knowledge Have in-depth knowledge of all Honda two-wheeler models (features, variants, pricing, offers, etc.). Test Ride Arrangements Arrange and accompany customers for test rides, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Lead Follow-Up Follow up with inquiries from calls, website, walk-ins, and social media leads. Vehicle Presentation Effectively present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers. Good Communication Skills Communicate clearly and confidently in Kannada, English, and/or Hindi as required. Sales Process Handling Manage end-to-end sales process – enquiry, follow-up, negotiation, booking, and delivery. Finance & Insurance Coordination Assist customers with vehicle loan and insurance options by coordinating with F&I executives. Documentation Collection Ensure timely collection of all required documents (ID proof, address proof, etc.) for booking and registration. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management. Customer Database Management Maintain accurate customer records and update follow-ups in the CRM system. Delivery Coordination Ensure timely and smooth vehicle delivery, including number plate, insurance, and registration. Upselling Accessories & Services Promote and upsell additional products like accessories, AMC, extended warranty, etc. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Collect customer feedback post-sale to improve service quality and build loyalty. Team Coordination & Reporting Work closely with team members and report daily sales activity and leads to the Sales Manager.
