Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Two-Wheeler Department: Sales Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Lead Location: VFM Honda, Bengaluru Job Role Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving two-wheeler sales by engaging with walk-in customers, following up on leads, explaining product features and finance options, and ensuring a smooth buying experience. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 👥 Customer Interaction: Greet and engage walk-in and inquiry-based customers at the showroom. 🏍️ Product Presentation: Explain features, specifications, and benefits of Honda two-wheelers (scooters and motorcycles). 📞 Lead Management: Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert inquiries into sales. 📊 Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals. 💰 Finance & Insurance Support: Guide customers through financing options and coordinate with finance/insurance teams. 📋 Documentation: Assist in processing documents for vehicle booking, registration, and delivery. 📦 Vehicle Delivery: Coordinate timely delivery of vehicles and ensure proper handover with all accessories and documents. 🙋 Post-Sales Follow-Up: Call or message customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. 🧾 Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of inquiries, test rides, bookings, and sales in CRM or registers. 🤝 Team Coordination: Collaborate with service, accounts, and back-office teams for smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in automotive or retail) Strong communication and convincing skills (English & local language) Basic understanding of two-wheeler models and features Ability to use CRM software or sales logs Customer-focused attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
