Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, social media outreach, networking, and referrals. Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer customized digital marketing solutions. Sales Process Management: Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients. Market Research: Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools. Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Client Relationship Management: Follow up on leads, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development , preferably in the digital marketing industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
