Role Overview

We're seeking a driven and empathetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—predominantly women aged 35-55—who are seeking natural solutions for gut health, menopausal symptoms, and holistic wellness through Ayurveda and yoga.

This isn't just about closing deals; it's about understanding each prospect's unique health journey, building trust, and guiding them towards personalised wellness solutions that can genuinely transform their lives. You'll be working with warm leads who have already expressed interest in natural healthcare, making your role more consultative than cold sales.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to understand their health concerns, wellness goals, and lifestyle
  • Present Nirva's holistic health programmes in a way that resonates with each prospect's unique needs
  • Guide prospects through our offerings including personalised health consultations, Ayurvedic treatments, yoga programmes, and wellness coaching
  • Handle objections with empathy and product knowledge, addressing concerns about efficacy, pricing, and commitment

Relationship Building:

  • Build genuine rapport with prospects by actively listening and demonstrating care for their wellness journey
  • Follow up consistently with leads through multiple touchpoints (calls, WhatsApp, email) without being pushy
  • Maintain detailed notes on each prospect's concerns, preferences, and engagement in our CRM
  • Nurture relationships with prospects who aren't ready to commit immediately

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage your daily pipeline of leads efficiently, prioritising follow-ups based on lead temperature and engagement
  • Achieve monthly conversion targets and revenue goals
  • Track all interactions, outcomes, and next steps meticulously in our CRM system
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, conversion rates, and challenges faced

Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence:

  • Develop deep understanding of Ayurveda principles, our treatment protocols, and the science behind natural wellness
  • Stay updated on our service offerings, pricing, and any programme changes
  • Gather feedback from prospects about their concerns, objections, and market perceptions
  • Share insights with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and offerings

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with health coaches to ensure smooth handoffs after conversion
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Participate in team meetings to share best practices and learn from colleagues


What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in B2C or D2C sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong consultative selling skills—you listen first, then recommend
  • Empathetic approach to sales; you genuinely care about helping people, not just hitting numbers
  • Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, video calling platforms
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote environment
  • Resilient mindset—you don't get discouraged by rejection and can handle high-volume calling
  • Data-driven approach: you track your metrics and continuously optimise your approach

Preferred (Added Advantage):

  • Background or experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, nutrition, or related fields
  • Understanding of women's health issues (menopause, PCOS, gut health, hormonal balance)
  • Familiarity with Ayurveda, yoga, or holistic health practices
  • Experience selling subscription-based or coaching/consultation services
  • Previous experience working with UK/US clientele
  • Knowledge of health coaching or wellness coaching sales cycles

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • You've successfully sold high-ticket services (£500+) or programmes requiring long-term commitment
  • You have experience nurturing leads through longer sales cycles (2-4 weeks)
  • You're comfortable having empathetic conversations about sensitive health topics
  • You can share specific examples of how you've overcome common objections in previous roles
  • You're passionate about natural health and wellness (personal experience is a bonus!)


What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Month 1-2:

    Complete product training, understand our ideal customer profile, and begin taking discovery calls with close supervision. Target: 20% conversion rate
  • Month 3-4:

    Independently manage your pipeline of 50+ active leads, consistently achieving 25+% conversion rates
  • Month 6+:

    Become a top performer with 30%+ conversion rates, mentoring new sales team members, and contributing to sales strategy
