Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in the BFSI sector, focusing on corporate sales, direct sales, field sales, and telesales.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for life insurance products.
  • Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve customer engagement.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-9 years of experience in b2b sales or corporate sales in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of pharma selling principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
