Drive growth and expand our market presence! Swarup Polymers Pvt. Ltd. seeks Sales Executives For Loni, Uttar Pradesh,East U.P, Bihar, Punjab Region.
2+ years in B2B/ B2C automotive sales or related industries

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales and recruitment services.
Strong understanding of the employment firm/recruitment services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
