Swaraj Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our uniform manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in need of custom uniforms (corporate, healthcare, hospitality, schools, etc.).
• Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored uniform solutions.
• Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Provide feedback to the production and design teams based on customer preferences.
• Develop sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Order Processing & Coordination:
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and post-sales support.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
• Track and report on key sales metrics (revenue, conversion rates, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the textile/uniform manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand fabric types, uniform designs, and customization processes.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to acquire new clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
