Swaraj Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our uniform manufacturing company. Job Title : Sales Executive Industry : Uniform Manufacturing (Textile Company) Location : 139, 1st Floor, Jethlia Chamber, Pur Rd, Labour Colony, Bhilwara, Rajasthan 311001 Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 2-3 years in sales, preferably in textile manufacturing company. Interested candidates may share their cv with : [email protected] Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in need of custom uniforms (corporate, healthcare, hospitality, schools, etc.). Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored uniform solutions. Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Research & Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide feedback to the production and design teams based on customer preferences. Develop sales strategies to expand market reach. Order Processing & Coordination: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Follow up on orders, payments, and post-sales support. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance. Track and report on key sales metrics (revenue, conversion rates, etc.). Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the textile/uniform manufacturing industry (preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand fabric types, uniform designs, and customization processes. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to acquire new clients.
