Job description

  • *Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in a similar service of Facility Management /Housekeeping /Sanitation related work.
  • *Identify and procure departments be it Government or Private sector in accordance with services offered.
  • *Should be able to devise effective marketing strategies and present to prospective clients
  • *Effective liasioning skills for building relationship with clients and regular follow-ups
  • Inventing new marketing techniques and refining those that already exist.
  • Networking to benefit suppliers, large contractors, partner organizations, and other business stakeholders.
  • Doing marketing research and analysis in order to generate relevant marketing data and assess trends.
  • Keeping track of ongoing marketing efforts and expenditures according to the budget set aside.
  • Creating and writing reports relating to an ongoing marketing campaign’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Designing marketing collateral that is both entertaining and grammatically correct.
  • Ensuring that marketing materials are distributed.
  • Keeping an eye on marketing trends and analyzing client behavior in order to uncover business prospects.
  • Identifying advertising possibilities and placing ads in the right media (press, radio, or television) for the product or service.
  • Managing the development of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, and newsletters, including e-newsletters and DVDs, and liaising with media, printers, and publishers as needed.
  • Working with event planners to increase visibility at conferences, receptions, and exhibitions, including developing product and literature lists to present or demonstrate.

Qualifications

  • Degree in sales, marketing, or any related field.
  • Previously worked as a marketing field .
  • Hootsuite knowledge.
  • A deep awareness of current consumer trends.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities, especially as they pertain to marketing.
  • Strong leadership, delegating, and capacity-building capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Individuals and ideas are all important.

Key Responsibilities,

1. Sales Generation

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities

Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations

Convert leads into customers and meet/exceed sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion

Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments

Demonstrate product features to potential clients

4. Market Research

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs

Monitor competitor activity and industry developments

Use market insights to adjust sales strategies

5. Sales Reporting

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Track sales performance and KPIs (key performance indicators)

Use CRM tools to manage client data and sales activities

6. Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms

Finalize sales agreements and ensure timely follow-up

Work closely with legal or finance teams when needed

7. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams

Share client feedback to improve offerings or campaigns

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Salary: Up to ₹20000.00 to ₹25000.00 per month

Experience:
