Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
• Engage in telemarketing activities to promote products and services effectively.
• Utilise Salesforce software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Skills

• Proficiency in both English is highly desirable for effective communication with a diverse client base.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
• Experience in telemarketing or similar roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce software or similar CRM tools is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and followed up on promptly.
