Working Model: 15–20 Days Field Work + Remaining Days Work From Office
Target Area: Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years in Roofing Sheet / Steel / Construction Material Industry

Role Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive who can build and manage a strong dealer and distributor network for colour coated sheets, GP sheets, GC sheets, and other iron-based roofing & construction materials. The candidate must have experience in channel sales and territory expansion across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand dealer and distributor network across Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab.
• Conduct regular field visits (15–20 days per month) to meet dealers, builders, hardware suppliers, and contractors.
• Generate new leads and identify potential areas for market penetration.
• Negotiate dealership terms, pricing, and credit policies.
• Plan and execute promotional schemes, market activities, and branding support for dealers.
• Manage sales funnel, territory-wise forecasting, and order follow-up.
• Monitor dealer performance, demand patterns, and competitor pricing.
• Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, fabrication companies, and retail hardware shops.
• Coordinate with office team for order processing, logistics, delivery and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of roofing sheets, coated iron sheets, steel products or building materials (mandatory preference).
• Experience in channel sales and dealer appointment in multiple states.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and field selling skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and independently manage a multi-state market.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and CRM tools (added advantage).

Qualification:

• Graduate or Diploma preferred.
• Candidates with strong industry experience may be considered regardless of qualification.
