Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of medical equipment and supplies.

  • Manage and develop sales within assigned geographic territory or account base
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
  • Prioritize daily activities to optimize time management and sales productivity
  • Travel regularly throughout territory to meet with clients and prospects
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment solutions
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations,
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets consistently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including physicians, hospital administrators, purchasing managers, and clinical staff
  • Provide ongoing account management and customer support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for technical support
  • Act as trusted advisor on product selection, specifications, and applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Track competitor activity and market intelligence
  • Submit expense reports and manage territory budget responsibly
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies
  • Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
  • Associate degree with relevant sales experience may be considered

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Medical equipment, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
